Thanks for this shopify must be cleaning house they terminated my account out of the blue! Baffled but these are great alternatives at the end of the day it’s what you put into it which makes the difference going with big commerce!
Shopify does not have good support at all.
Shopify sucks!!! Every app wants 3% of all your sales or up to $400, every month! And then they still charge you for all the processing fees! And often two apps cannot co-exist on the same page. I hate Shopify!

I can't even figure out how to buy something on shopify. I've looked up how to buy on shopify and I'm only offered how to start my own store. Why would I start a store if I xant even figure out how to buy on shopify.
Steve, I have watched your critique of the top three Shopify alternatives, and here are my comments. First, I will agree with you about Shopify's Support being 5/5 back on and before early 2023, but now, good luck getting your situation solved.
Second, upon your recommendation, I was looking at Shift4Shop after reading the policy. I found this in the policy information. Here is a copy of the policy as written.
